At Total Life Changes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags are attached and the original packaging is included to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unworn items and the original invoice into the shipping box, ensuring all original designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
